Fine cuff her and take her to jail as would be the case in most cop shows. The ending unveils the cruel master criminal to be none other than a transgender woman. The film is well known if you want to know more click here

Kids watching this are not going to stop at 9pm they are going to be allowed to see it through - it would be a cruel parent who said no to this. A bit like if Snow White was being transphobic.Īlthough the transphobic parts are the other side of the watershed at the end of the film.

However I have seen versions of this that have this ending edited slightly as to not show this part - the reaction and transpanic that is.Īs this is aimed at younger people it is very worrying they may pick up this reaction to transpeople by accident. This is without a doubt one of the most outrageous films in it's class. But this innocence and clowning hides a sinister and abusive ending, where a transgender woman is 'unveiled' and vomited at. This is one of the few films that actually has gone under the radar but which is particularly offensive in part because of its apparent innocence it tends to be on early in the evening. This week it was rebroadcast although tucked away on one of their 'quieter channels' 5* (Five Star). Channel 5 seem to have the recent broadcast rights to this - it last being shown on 5 on 24/10/10.
